This Privacy Policy describes how Campiq ("Campiq", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you access or use our platform at campiqads.com and any associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Information You Provide

When you create an account, book a demo, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company or brokerage name
  • Team size and role information

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:

  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages visited and time spent on the Service
  • Referring URLs and navigation paths
  • Session identifiers and authentication tokens

Advertising Account Data

When you connect your advertising accounts (Meta, Google, or other supported platforms), we may collect and process:

  • Campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions)
  • Ad account identifiers
  • Campaign and ad set configurations
  • Lead and conversion data generated by your campaigns

Campiq accesses advertising account data only with your explicit authorization. We do not access data outside of the permissions you grant.

2. Lead Data Handling

Leads generated through campaigns you run via Campiq belong to you. Campiq does not resell, redistribute, share, or claim ownership of any leads generated through your advertising campaigns.

Lead data — including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and enquiry details submitted through your campaigns — is delivered directly to your Campiq account and/or your connected advertising account. Campiq processes this data solely to:

  • Display leads within your dashboard
  • Send lead alert notifications to your designated contact
  • Enable reporting and performance analytics

We do not use your lead data for any marketing, profiling, or commercial purposes unrelated to your use of the Service.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Service. These include:

  • Essential cookies: Required for login sessions, security, and core Service functionality.
  • Analytics cookies: Help us understand how visitors interact with our pages (e.g., page views, session duration).
  • Preference cookies: Store your settings and preferences across sessions.

4. Advertising Platform Integrations

Meta Ads

When you connect your Meta advertising account, Campiq uses the Meta Marketing API to:

  • Create and manage ad campaigns on your behalf
  • Retrieve campaign performance data for your dashboard
  • Access lead data submitted through your Meta Lead Ads forms
  • Apply compliance configurations to your ad content

Campiq's use of Meta data is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Meta's Privacy Policy. Your Meta advertising account data remains owned by you and governed by your agreement with Meta.

Google Ads

When you connect your Google Ads account, Campiq uses the Google Ads API to:

  • Create and manage search and display campaigns on your behalf
  • Retrieve campaign performance and spend data
  • Access conversion and lead data associated with your campaigns

Campiq's use of Google data complies with Google API Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. Your Google Ads data remains owned by you and governed by your agreement with Google.

Campiq's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Create and manage your account
  • Launch and manage advertising campaigns on your connected platforms
  • Send lead alerts and campaign performance notifications
  • Respond to your support requests and inquiries
  • Send product updates, announcements, and relevant communications (with your consent)
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements).

Campaign data and lead data may be retained for up to 24 months to support historical analytics and reporting features.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS
  • Encryption of data at rest
  • Role-based access controls
  • Regular security assessments
  • Secure API token management for advertising platform integrations

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist with hosting, analytics, communications, and payment processing, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Advertising platforms: Data is transmitted to Meta, Google, and other connected platforms as required to execute your campaigns.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Campiq or others.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to you.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
